In its commitment to foster transparency and clarity, TGT has precisely outlined a comprehensive set of policies, terms, and conditions to govern the engagement of tutors within its esteemed resource / pool. The fundamental aim of this is to establish a clear framework that outlines the dynamics between the company and tutors, ensuring that both parties are well-versed in their respective roles, responsibilities, and financial arrangements. To ensure all this, a contract will be signed / made between the company and tutors regarding the financial policy, terms and conditions of the company. Both the parties are expected to follow the contract signed by the both parties. All this is made to develop a lasting relationship between the company and the tutors. Ultimately it will make the matters of the company clear, transparent and strait forward. To achieve this purpose, Taleem Ghar Tak - TGT Tutors has got its registration from Registrar of Firm and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR - NTN) . TGT’s legal status / entity will develop an unshakable trust and confidence between TGT and its esteemed tutors. TGT’s comprehensive policies, terms & conditions and code of conduct are as under:

  1. Commission Structure for Online Tuition:
    • A commission of 40% will be applied to the first-month fee for all online tuition.
    • Subsequent months will witness a reduced commission rate of 10%, fostering a more sustainable and mutually beneficial financial arrangement.
    • All fees will be collected by the company in its own bank accounts and later on disbursed to the tutors according to a definite schedule, already decided between the company and the tutors.
  2. Commission Structure for Home Tuition:
    • A commission of 40% will be applied to the first-month fee for all home tuition.

  3. Commission Structure for Thesis & Research Assistance:
    • A diversified commission structure is made for thesis and research assistance according to seniority of the respected research experts. This fee will be charged once or in two parts, depending upon the situation.
    • A commission of 40% will be charged from the research expert, who is lecturer.
    • A commission of 30% will be charged from the research expert, who is assistant professor or associate professor.
    • A commission of 20% will be charged from the research expert, who is professor.
    • All fees will be collected by the company in its own bank accounts and later on disbursed to the tutors according to a definite schedule, already decided between the company and the tutors.
  4. Special Commission Rate for Online, Home Tuition & Online Quran under 10000 Fee:
    • In the case of online tuition, home tuition and online Quran with a fee below or equal to 10000 will experience a slightly reduced commission of 30% during the initial month.
    • Subsequent months will witness a reduced commission rate of 10%, fostering a more sustainable and mutually beneficial financial arrangement.
    • All fees will be collected by the company in its own bank account and later on disbursed to the tutors according to a definite schedule, already decided between the company and the tutors.
  5. Special Favour for Online Quran under 5000 Fee:
    • In the case of online Quran with a fee below 5000, there would be no commission of any sort.
    • In the unfortunate event of a client loss due to a tutor's actions, poor demonstration, or misconduct, the tutor will still be eligible for two more opportunities, subject to company approval. However, an additional 10% commission will be charged on the subsequent confirmed tuition, underscoring the importance of maintaining a high standard of service. All this will be applicable on the feedback of the client / customer or any other substantial evidence in this regard.
  6. Termination Clause:
    • To ensure transparency and honesty, tutors are expected to disclose all pertinent and relevant information to the company.
    • Failure or refusal to remit the 10% share of preceding months or concealing vital information may lead to termination of contract, demanding the immediate withdrawal of assigned tuition.
  7. Demo / Trial Policy:
    • The tutors are expected and required to deliver a free demo / trial class to satisfy each new potential client.
  8. TGT Tutors Code of Conduct:
    • The tutors are expected and required to follow the code of conduct devised by TGT. The violation of code of conduct may break relationship / contract between TGT and its tutor.
  9. Payment of Fees / Dues:
    • The clients / customers have to pay / submit the tuition fees within the first three days of the online class / home tuition. All fees including initial and subsequent monthly fees will be paid / deposited / submitted in the bank account of Taleem Ghar Tak-TGT Tutors. The tutors are strictly forbidden to collect any fees from the clients / customers. In the case of violation of financial policy of TGT, the alleged tutor can be expelled from TGT tutors pool and all his / her tuition would be withdrawn.

It is expected that the esteemed tutors of TGT team will understand and follow these policies, terms and conditions in true letter and spirit. In the case of violation of the terms of the contract, the aggrieved party can sue the other party in the court. However, these policies, terms and conditions may be amended and changed in future as per need of time and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Online Tuition Mediums:
    • The tutors are required to employ Zoom, Google Meet for online tuition, utilizing devices such as laptops, computers, IPads, or mobile phones.
    • The judicious use of digital writing pads and resources is imperative for effective PowerPoint presentations, ensuring a seamless online teaching experience.
  2. Fee Collection:
    • The company will be responsible for collection of all fees to maintain financial clarity, transparency and the smooth, durable and lasting working of the affairs of the company.
    • The tutors attempting to collect fees without the company's knowledge may face appropriate actions to uphold the integrity of financial transactions of the company. This may result in the cancellation of the contract between the company and said alleged tutor.
  3. Application Limits:
    • The tutors are permitted to apply for a maximum of two tuition concurrently, with an opportunity to apply for up to five tuition in a month.
    • Successful conversions via demo will grant additional opportunities within the same month, promoting a fair and dynamic allocation process.
  4. Timely Client Information:
    • The tutors are obligated to promptly inform the company within 2 hours of receiving a client's contact number, barring emergencies.
    • Failure to adhere to this timeline may result in the assignment being redirected to the next available tutor.
  5. Tuition Updates:
    • Tutors are encouraged to join the tuition updates group for their respective city, where online tuition are posted across all groups. This flexibility allows online tutors to choose any group aligned with their preferences.

Reward and Penalty System

  1. Client Referral:
    • The tutors referring clients or tuition will be duly rewarded with 05% share of the commission, recognizing their contribution to expanding the tutor network.
  2. Client Loss Consequence:
    • In the unfortunate event of a client loss due to a tutor's actions, poor demonstration, or misconduct, the tutor will still be eligible for two more opportunities, subject to company approval. However, an additional 10% commission will be charged on the subsequent confirmed tuition, underscoring the importance of maintaining a high standard of service. Code of Conduct for Online Tutors

Teaching is a noble profession. To maintain the high standard of this profession, some parameters and guidelines are formulated by TGT platform to maintain quality of education and build trust & confidence of its clients.TGT has an ambition to maintain its services either through online tutoring or through home tutoring via its code of conduct for its tutors. A tutor, who will provide online services under TGT umbrella, has to adhere to a high standard of professionalism and ethics. The following code of conduct outlines the principles and guidelines that TGT tutors should follow:

  1. Provision of Basic Information:

    A TGT tutor should have to provide basic information about himself to TGT, so that the TGT should know him. The second purpose is to give basic information to the client before the demo / tuition. It is compulsory to provide latest CV, PDF of all educational documents, prove of experience and latest picture.

  2. Professionalism:

    TGT tutor should maintain a professional behavior in all interactions with students. He should communicate clearly and effectively, demonstrating professionalism in language and behavior. He should use proper and suitable medium such as zoom or google meet for the tutoring purposes.

  3. Privacy and Confidentiality:

    TGT tutor should safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of students' personal information. He should refrain from sharing any confidential information shared by students during tutoring sessions without their explicit consent.

  4. Fair and Equal Treatment:

    A tutor should provide fair and equal treatment to all students, regardless of their background, gender, ethnicity, or any other characteristic. He should avoid favoritism or discrimination of any kind.

  5. Punctuality and Reliability:

    TGT tutor should have to adhere to scheduled tutoring sessions and be punctual. He should inform students in advance of any unavoidable delays or cancellations. He has to compensate this with some make up class or over time.

  6. Quality of Service:

    A tutor should strive to deliver high-quality tutoring services that meet the academic needs of students. He should prepare adequately for each session and provide relevant, authentic and accurate information to the students.

  7. Honesty and Integrity:

    TGT tutor should be honest and transparent in all interactions with students. He should not engage in any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or cheating for his personal gain or comfort.

  8. Respect for Boundaries:

    A tutor maintain appropriate boundaries with students and avoid engaging in any behavior that could be perceived as inappropriate or unprofessional. He should refrain from forming personal relationships with students outside the scope of tutoring.

  9. Respect for Cultural and Religious Diversity:

    A tutor should acknowledge and respect the diverse cultural and religious backgrounds of students. He should avoid making comments or engaging in activities that may offend or disrespect any cultural or religious beliefs.

    TGT tutor should adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing online tutoring services. He should ensure compliance with all policies, rules and regulations related to tutoring services.

Therefore, TGT firmly believes that home tutoring requires adherence to ethical standards and professional conduct. The following code of conduct outlines the principles and guidelines that tutors should follow when connecting with students:

  1. Provision of Basic Information:

    A TGT tutor should have to provide basic information about himself to TGT, so that the TGT should know him.     A TGT tutor should request and seek feedback from students and their families to continually improve the tutoring experience. He should use constructive criticism to identify areas for personal and professional growth.

  5. Professionalism and Courtesy:

    A tutor must maintain a professional demeanor and show courtesy towards students and their families at all times. He should respect cultural norms and customs of the students and their households. He should communicate clearly and effectively, demonstrating professionalism in language and behavior.
